Our Classes

We offer multiple types of classes and passes. Single and multi-punch passes are available and discounts on multi-class passes are offered.

BOOK YOUR CLASS
  • REFORMER CLASSES

    The Pilates Reformer will challenge you in multiple ways and every class is different. Resistance with the use of body-weight against gravity plus springs and pulleys, body position and coordinated movement are combined to achieve challenge and personal growth.

  • JUMP BOARD CLASSES

    You will work with the Jumpboard on the Reformer and get a workout that moves you in all directions, facings and planes of movement. You'll build strength and get your heart rate up as we sequence movement in intervals to challenge coordination, strength & endurance.

  • BARRE CLASSES

    This class moves you through a complete range of motion, all designed to challenge, build balance, add flexibility and strengthen your body, often with special focus on center core, glutes + legs. You'll enjoy this mix of Reformer and Barre work in this musically paced class!

  • MIXED EQUIPMENT CLASSES

    The Pilates Reformer & Springboard Tower challenge you in multiple ways. Resistance with the use of body-weight against gravity plus springs & pulleys, body position and coordinated movement are combined to achieve challenge and personal growth.

Please note that all new clients are required to complete a minimum prerequisite of 2 solo pilates sessions before entering group class unless you are coming in with experience in Pilates Reformer and Equipment work from another reputable studio. No exceptions.
