7. Services, Classes & Memberships

a. Class Registration & Payments:
Fort Pilates offers private sessions, group classes, wellness services (infrared sauna, salt therapy, cold plunge, etc.), and membership/class passes. Classes and services must be booked and paid for through the Site or in-person as applicable.

b. Memberships & Passes:
Descriptions of available membership or pass options are provided on our Site. Memberships may be recurring or non-recurring. You agree to pay the fees stated at the time of purchase and authorize us to charge your provided payment method.

c. Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Cancellation and refund terms may vary by service and are outlined at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, membership fees and class passes are non-refundable once purchased. Specific cancellation policies for classes or bookings may apply.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site or Services to:

  • Violate applicable laws or third-party rights

  • Transmit harmful code or disrupt Site functionality

You represent that any content you post is your own and does not infringe third-party rights.

11. Disclaimers & Limitations

The Site and Services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fort Pilates disclaims all warranties (express or implied). Fort Pilates is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Services.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Lee County, Florida.
